Teresa is an American television personality best known for starring in The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Besides appearing on the show, Teresa wrote multiple New York Times bestseller cookbooks and was featured on Donald Trump’s The Celebrity Apprentice 5 in 2012 and Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in 2019.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ)
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was recently a presenter for the MTV Movie and TV Award’s Unscripted segment, and was up for several awards. The first season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, nominated for Best New Unscripted Series. The second, Teresa was nominated for Best Reality Star and co-nominated for Best Fight in Season 12 of RHONJ.
When it comes to the Real Housewives shows, The Real Housewives of New Jersey came along as the fourth show from Bravo following Real Housewives of Orange County, Real Housewives of New York and Real Housewives of Atlanta. New Jersey Housewives oozes of Italian-American family feuds, trips to the Jersey Shore, ultra extravagance and loyalty.
Real Housewives of New Jersey premiered on May 12th, 2009 and 13 years later, the Bravo show is still going strong.
Teresa has been a cast member on RHONJ since the very beginning. She was cast before her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, who joined the show in season 3. No Bravo star has arguably put their life more out there for public consumption than Teresa Giudice. Over the last 13 years on Real Housewives of New Jersey, she’s been titled “the short-fused table flipper” and become a New York Times best-selling author.
Teresa and she and her brother, Joe Gorga, grew up with their current cast mates including Dolores Catania. Teresa started out in reality TV, while married to Joe Giudice, raising her four daughters on TV for the whole world to watch. The couple split in 2020. Teresa and her four daughters have been a staple on the show. The new addition to the cast, her fiance, Luis Ruelas and is in the new storyline and latest season.
The Celebrity Apprentice
In 2012, Teresa joined the cast of The Celebrity Apprentice 5 (a.k.a The Apprentice 12) helping to raise $70,000 for her selected charity, The NephCure Foundation. She created a PSA for the organization to raise awareness. Donald Trump fired her in episode 12 after placing fifth. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star outlived 13 other contestants to earn a seat in this season’s top five.
Trump was nothing but a gentleman! It was a good experience, I wanted to prove to people that there’s more to me than just a housewife.
The Real Housewives is a hugely successful franchise, and its producers have decided to send seven of its most prominent stars out on a vacation for drama!
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip (RHUGT) is an American reality television series that premiered on Peacock on November 2021. The series is a spin off that features several women from The Real Housewives franchise as they vacation together.
In September 2019, it was announced an untitled The Real Housewives spin-off was in development at Peacock. In February 2021, it was announced Peacock had green lit a limited series following multiple women from franchise living together for a period of time. In April 2021, it was announced Teresa and others had been cast in the series’ first season. Season 1 was filmed in Turks and Caicos.
