On June 9, 2019, The Real Housewives of New Jersey yogi showed off her incredibly toned physique at the NPC South Jersey Bodybuilding Championships in Medford, New Jersey. Teresa was psyched to have placed third in the Bikini: 40+ category in the competition and take home a well-deserved prize. The real reward is the inner and outer strength Teresa clearly possesses. Prior to this accomplishment Teresa achieved her certification as an Accredited Yoga Instructor.
