Welcome to our traditional Italian Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes. Gia took beautiful pictures of all the dishes for me.
We made everything I listed earlier, but we actually ended up making baccala three ways: baccala pizzaiola (with a red sauce), baccala insalata (a salad--my favorite), and fried. We also had broccoli rabe (Joe's fave) and roasted cauliflower. Most of the recipes are in my cookbooks Fabulicious & Skinny Italian.
